  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Nori sheets
  • Tempura flakes
  • Soy sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sushi Rice: Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook with water, add vinegar, sugar, and salt, then cool.
  2. Prep Fillings: Slice avocado and cucumber, and mix crab with mayonnaise.
  3. Assemble the Rolls: Place nori on a sushi mat, spread rice, and add fillings in a line.
