Ingredients
- Large flour or whole wheat tortillas
- Crispy bacon (or turkey bacon/plant-based alternative)
- Ranch dressing (homemade or store-bought)
- Crunchy romaine or butter lettuce
- Ripe tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Avocado
- Shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
- Ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain excess fat on paper towels.
- While the bacon cools, wash and chop your lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and any additional vegetables.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 1 minute or microwave for about 10 seconds.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread ranch dressing across the middle.
- Layer crispy bacon, fresh greens, chopped veggies, and cheese on top of the dressing.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up tightly.
- Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later enjoyment.
