Ingredients

  • Large flour or whole wheat tortillas
  • Crispy bacon (or turkey bacon/plant-based alternative)
  • Ranch dressing (homemade or store-bought)
  • Crunchy romaine or butter lettuce
  • Ripe tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Avocado
  • Shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • Ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain excess fat on paper towels.
  2. While the bacon cools, wash and chop your lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and any additional vegetables.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 1 minute or microwave for about 10 seconds.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and spread ranch dressing across the middle.
  5. Layer crispy bacon, fresh greens, chopped veggies, and cheese on top of the dressing.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up tightly.
  7. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later enjoyment.
