Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Rinse cranberries, zest oranges, and extract juice.
  2. Combine in the Crockpot: Place cranberries, orange zest, juice, sugar, cinnamon, pectin, and water into the crockpot.
  3. Cook Low and Slow: Set the crockpot to low for about 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Check Consistency: Once thick and glossy, jar it up. If runny, continue cooking uncovered to thicken.
  5. Can It: Pour hot jam into sterilized jars and seal them.
  6. Let it Cool: Allow to cool completely before refrigerating.
