- 4 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 oranges (zest and juice)
- 2 cups sugar (granulated or brown)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 package pectin
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Rinse cranberries, zest oranges, and extract juice.
- Combine in the Crockpot: Place cranberries, orange zest, juice, sugar, cinnamon, pectin, and water into the crockpot.
- Cook Low and Slow: Set the crockpot to low for about 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Check Consistency: Once thick and glossy, jar it up. If runny, continue cooking uncovered to thicken.
- Can It: Pour hot jam into sterilized jars and seal them.
- Let it Cool: Allow to cool completely before refrigerating.

For a twist, adjust sweetness with maple syrup or honey, or add nuts for crunch.
