A delightful blend of tart cranberries, sweet apples, and vibrant oranges, slow-cooked to perfection with warming spices for a festive treat.

- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 cups apples, chopped
- 2 oranges, zested and juiced
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any bruised ones. Core and chop the apples into small chunks. Zest and juice the oranges.
- In a large bowl, mix the cranberries, apples, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, and spices. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into your crockpot and optionally add a hint of vanilla extract.
- Set your crockpot on low and cook for 6-8 hours, stirring halfway through.
- Once cooked, mash the jam to your desired texture and let it cool before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Seal your jars and store them in the refrigerator for up to a month or follow canning methods for longer storage.
Notes
This jam can be used as a spread, or filling for cookies and pairs well with cheese boards.
