- Spread the seasoned cubes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking halfway through for even browning.
- Check for doneness; they should be golden and crispy on the outside, tender inside.
- Final touches: drizzle with honey or maple syrup and add more herbs if desired.
