Description

Delicious bacon-wrapped shrimp bombs with a rich filling of cream cheese, garlic, and black truffle oil, creating a perfect bite-sized appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 tbsp black truffle oil
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and cut the bacon strips in half.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cream cheese, garlic, herbs, lemon zest, and seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form a small ball of the shrimp mixture and wrap it in a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  4. Cook in a preheated skillet over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy and golden, or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with a wedge of lemon and a drizzle of truffle oil.
