- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 tbsp black truffle oil
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toothpicks (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and cut the bacon strips in half.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cream cheese, garlic, herbs, lemon zest, and seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Form a small ball of the shrimp mixture and wrap it in a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Cook in a preheated skillet over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy and golden, or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve warm with a wedge of lemon and a drizzle of truffle oil.
