Ingredients

- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Cotton Candy
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- Pinch of Salt
- Oil, for frying (optional)
- Powdered Sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and egg, mixing until combined. Fold in cotton candy gently.
- Chill the mixture for 1 hour to firm it up.
- Use a scoop to form balls of the cheesecake mixture, place on a tray, and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Mix all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Coat each cheesecake ball in flour, dip in egg and milk batter, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown (approx. 3 minutes) or bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm with powdered sugar or chocolate drizzle.
Notes
Ensure the oil temperature is optimal for frying to avoid sogginess. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
