- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce or Sriracha (optional)
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Add chicken wings and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Remove wings from marinade and shake off excess. Dredge in cornstarch-flour mixture until coated.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat and fry wings for 8-10 minutes per side until golden brown, or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes, turning once.
- Serve with a dipping sauce made of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds.
