- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and herbs. Toss the chicken legs to coat.
- Arrange chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin-side up.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil on high for the last few minutes—but watch closely to prevent burning.
