  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Dredge the chicken in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden, about 5-7 minutes per side.
