Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; add chicken thighs and cook until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and chopped onions, sautéing until fragrant.
- Stir in the cheese and herbs, then remove the skillet from heat.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or circles.
- Spoon filling onto each pastry piece, moisten edges with water, fold, and crimp to seal.
- Brush tops with egg wash and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffed.
