Description
A delightful combination of succulent shrimp wrapped in crispy bacon and infused with the luxurious flavor of black truffle.
Ingredients
- Large peeled and deveined shrimp
- Thick-cut bacon
- Black truffle oil
- Fresh garlic
- Fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
- Cream cheese
- Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix softened cream cheese with minced garlic, chopped herbs, and black truffle oil until smooth.
- Pat the shrimp dry and create a small cut along the back to form a pocket.
- Stuff each shrimp with the cream cheese mixture and wrap tightly with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Roll the bacon-wrapped shrimp in seasoned bread crumbs.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving, and enjoy with a squeeze of lemon.
Notes
To achieve the best texture, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet. Let the bombs rest after baking to retain juiciness.
