  • Author: sara

  • Yield: 4 servings
  • Diet: Paleo

Description

A delightful combination of succulent shrimp wrapped in crispy bacon and infused with the luxurious flavor of black truffle.

Ingredients

  • Large peeled and deveined shrimp
  • Thick-cut bacon
  • Black truffle oil
  • Fresh garlic
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
  • Cream cheese
  • Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix softened cream cheese with minced garlic, chopped herbs, and black truffle oil until smooth.
  3. Pat the shrimp dry and create a small cut along the back to form a pocket.
  4. Stuff each shrimp with the cream cheese mixture and wrap tightly with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Roll the bacon-wrapped shrimp in seasoned bread crumbs.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving, and enjoy with a squeeze of lemon.

Notes

To achieve the best texture, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet. Let the bombs rest after baking to retain juiciness.
