Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 tbsp black truffle oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 lemon, for squeezing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, minced garlic, black truffle oil, and chopped parsley. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare bacon by cutting strips into halves or thirds.
  4. Take a spoonful of shrimp mixture, mold into a ball, and wrap with bacon. Place seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through until bacon is crispy.
  6. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
