- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 tbsp black truffle oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 lemon, for squeezing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, minced garlic, black truffle oil, and chopped parsley. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Prepare bacon by cutting strips into halves or thirds.
- Take a spoonful of shrimp mixture, mold into a ball, and wrap with bacon. Place seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through until bacon is crispy.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
