- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional) or nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup Breadcrumbs or almond flour (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the zucchini: Wash and slice into even rounds.
- Season: Toss zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Add Parmesan if using.
- Air fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and arrange zucchini slices in a single layer.
- Cook: Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly and enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
