Instructions
- Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then let sit.
- Beat the egg in one bowl, and place the breadcrumbs in another.
- Dip each cod fillet into the egg, then coat thoroughly in breadcrumbs.
