Ingredients
- Cod fillets (fresh or frozen)
- Breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Fresh parsley or dill

- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Dry the cod fillets with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Place the coated cod in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish, sprinkle with herbs, and serve immediately.
