- 2 cups Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Pink food coloring, to desired hue
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs until moist.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and pink food coloring until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly wobbly.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours before slicing.
- Slice into squares and serve with chocolate drizzle or whipped cream.
Notes
Allow the bars to chill overnight for the best flavor and texture. Avoid overmixing the batter to prevent cracks.
