Instructions
- Prepare the pork chops by seasoning with salt and pepper. Allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Sear the chops in a skillet with melted butter over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Create the sauce by removing the chops and sautéing shallots and garlic in the same skillet. Add broth and scrape the pan.
