Instructions

  1. Cook the Orzo: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orzo and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  4. Make the Sauce: Lower heat, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add cream, stirring to combine, then add Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt.
  5. Combine Everything: Return cooked orzo and shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce. If too thick, add pasta cooking water.
  6. Final Touches: Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
