  • Fresh basil or parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant and golden.
  2. Add halved cherry tomatoes, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes burst open.
