Ingredients

- 8 oz Fettuccine or Penne pasta
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or butter for sautéing
Instructions
- Cook your pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve about a cup of pasta water before draining.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil or butter over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook salmon fillets, seasoned with salt and pepper, in the skillet for about 4 minutes on each side until flaked easily. Remove and set aside.
- Create the sauce by pouring in heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest into the skillet. Simmer gently, stirring often.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet with the sauce, sprinkling in fresh dill. Toss to coat.
- Incorporate flaked salmon into the pasta, mixing gently. Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with additional dill and lemon wedges.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
