Ingredients

- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, nutritional yeast, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- If desired, add a little water or olive oil to reach your preferred consistency.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
Add more lemon or cheese to taste, and remember that the dressing will thicken as it sits. Adjust thickness for dipping or drizzling as needed.
