Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt or Silken Tofu
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 clove minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Anchovy Paste or 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients, allowing Greek yogurt to reach room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt or silken tofu, Parmesan, minced garlic, anchovy paste or Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
  3. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust consistency with water or more olive oil if desired.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Top with additional Parmesan for serving.
