Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Chop the potatoes, onions, carrots, and any other veggies into uniform cubes.
  2. Sauté (optional): In a skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions, garlic, and optional mushrooms until soft.
  3. Combine in Slow Cooker: Transfer sautéed ingredients to slow cooker. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add Broth: Pour in broth, covering the ingredients.
