Instructions
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about a cup of pasta water before draining.

- Combine yogurt and pasta: Lower the heat and stir in your yogurt, mixing until smooth. Gradually add some of the reserved pasta water to achieve your desired sauce consistency.
- Mix it all together: Add the drained pasta to the yogurt mixture, tossing to coat the pasta evenly. Season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you enjoy.
- Serve and garnish: Plate your pasta and finish with freshly chopped herbs and grated Parmesan if desired.
