Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Mince the garlic, chop the mushrooms, and wash the spinach.
- Sauté the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter, season chicken, and cook until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side); remove and set aside.
