Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking until they turn opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer gently, thickening slightly. If too thick, stir in reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined.
