Description

A heartwarming pasta bake enveloped in a creamy, garlicky sauce and topped with golden Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • Pasta (penne or rotini)
  • Butter
  • Fresh garlic
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mushrooms (sautéed)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes before adding Parmesan.
  4. In a large bowl, combine pasta, sautéed mushrooms, and creamy sauce. Fold gently until coated.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and sprinkle any leftover Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let sit for a few minutes before serving, garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.
