Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste (or substitute with miso paste)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese, olive oil, and anchovy paste until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the minced garlic and lemon juice, whisking until combined.
  4. Add grated parmesan and Worcestershire sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Notes
