- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary) for garnish
Instructions
- Crumble the feta cheese into a food processor. Add softened cream cheese, cranberries, minced garlic, olive oil, and honey (or maple syrup).
- Pulse until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the dip and adjust sweetness or add a squeeze of lemon for zest.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra cranberries, fresh herbs, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour for flavors to meld, then serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
