- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (or thyme)
Instructions
- Allow cream cheese and feta to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the room-temperature cream cheese and crumbled feta and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add dried cranberries, honey, and lemon juice, mixing until well incorporated.
- Stir in fresh herbs and adjust seasonings to taste.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with additional cranberries or herbs.
Notes
For a twist, substitute goat cheese for feta or add nuts like walnuts or pecans for extra crunch.
