Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Mix until just combined.

- Once the meatballs are done, drizzle them with cranberry sauce, place on slider buns, and top with extra cranberry sauce before capping with the bun.
- Serve warm, optionally with crisp lettuce or tangy pickles.
Notes
