Description

Juicy & Flavor-Packed meatball sliders drizzled with homemade cranberry sauce, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a lined baking tray. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, bring a pot of cranberry sauce to a gentle simmer and enhance it with a splash of orange juice or a sprinkle of cinnamon for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Once the meatballs are done, drizzle them with cranberry sauce, place on slider buns, and top with extra cranberry sauce before capping with the bun.
  5. Serve warm, optionally with crisp lettuce or tangy pickles.

Notes

Ensure not to overmix the meatball mixture for tenderness. Best served fresh and warm.
