Instructions

  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, sugar, and orange juice; whisk until smooth, then mix in the orange zest.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients without over-mixing.
