- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the chicken under cold water, pat it dry, and place it in a roasting dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Brush the marinade generously all over the chicken, including under the skin.
- Scatter the fresh cranberries and herbs around the chicken in the roasting dish.
- Roast the chicken for about 90 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.

Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving. Allow the chicken to rest for juiciness.
