- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cranberries (fresh or canned, unsweetened)
- 2 Fresh Jalapeños, finely chopped
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1–2 tbsp Sugar or Honey (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, grated
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients, rinsing fresh cranberries if using.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the cranberries and blend in sugar or honey to taste.
- Add the finely chopped jalapeños and green onions to the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in lemon juice and grated garlic, mixing until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Transfer to a serving dish, chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor.
Notes
Use an electric mixer for a fluffier dip. Garnish with extra cranberries or jalapeños if desired.
