Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package phyllo pastry cups
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry hot pepper jelly
  • Fresh herbs (chopped chives or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  2. If using frozen phyllo cups, let them thaw according to package instructions. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, soften the cream cheese and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spoon cream cheese into each phyllo cup, spreading to the edges.
  5. Add a spoonful of cranberry hot pepper jelly over the cream cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For variations, consider substituting goat cheese for cream cheese or spicy mustard for jelly.
