- 1 package phyllo pastry cups
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberry hot pepper jelly
- Fresh herbs (chopped chives or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If using frozen phyllo cups, let them thaw according to package instructions. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, soften the cream cheese and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon cream cheese into each phyllo cup, spreading to the edges.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry hot pepper jelly over the cream cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For variations, consider substituting goat cheese for cream cheese or spicy mustard for jelly.
