- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients, washing the cranberries and drying any excess moisture.
- Combine the fresh cranberries and sugar in a mixing bowl and let them macerate for 30 minutes.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
- Whip the whipped topping until light and airy, or ensure cream cheese is at room temperature if using.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the cranberry mixture and add mini marshmallows and chopped nuts, reserving a few for garnishing.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl, decorate with reserved nuts and additional marshmallows, and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Stir gently before serving and enjoy!
Notes
