Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Combine cranberries and granulated sugar in a bowl; let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl. Add melted butter and combine until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into the baking dish, layer with cranberries, then top with the remaining crumbs.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
