Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. Combine cranberries and granulated sugar in a bowl; let sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Mix flour, brown sugar, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl. Add melted butter and combine until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the crumb mixture into the baking dish, layer with cranberries, then top with the remaining crumbs.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
