Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the cranberries by rinsing and thawing frozen ones, or make a quick cranberry sauce by simmering them with sugar and water until they burst.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar; whip until smooth. Add milk and vanilla, then mix until blended.
- In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Carefully fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- In serving cups, layer cream cheese mixture, cranberry sauce, and graham cracker crumbs. Repeat layers and top with whipped cream.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is well softened to avoid lumps. Use cold bowls and beaters for whipping cream to achieve volume.
