Description

Deliciously flaky puff pastry filled with creamy brie cheese and tart cranberry sauce, seasoned with fresh thyme.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry to about ¼ inch thick and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
  3. Place the squares on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Add a small piece of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
  5. Sprinkle fresh thyme over the filling.
  6. Fold and crimp the pastry squares to seal them.
  7. Brush the tops with an egg wash.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
