Description
Deliciously flaky puff pastry filled with creamy brie cheese and tart cranberry sauce, seasoned with fresh thyme.

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry to about ¼ inch thick and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place the squares on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Add a small piece of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme over the filling.
- Fold and crimp the pastry squares to seal them.
- Brush the tops with an egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
