Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- Brie cheese
- Cranberry sauce
- Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
- Egg wash (1 egg whisked with a splash of milk or water)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Thaw your puff pastry if frozen, and roll it out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the pastry into squares or circles, aiming for about 3-inch squares.
- Place a piece of Brie in the center of each pastry square, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce and herbs.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges if desired.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
