Ingredients

  • Puff pastry
  • Brie cheese
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
  • Egg wash (1 egg whisked with a splash of milk or water)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw your puff pastry if frozen, and roll it out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares or circles, aiming for about 3-inch squares.
  4. Place a piece of Brie in the center of each pastry square, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce and herbs.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges if desired.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
