Deliciously flaky phyllo cups filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberries, perfect for any gathering.

- 1 package phyllo dough
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into slices
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- Butter or olive oil for layering
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the phyllo dough, cut into squares, and layer a few sheets while brushing melted butter between layers.
- Press the layered squares into a muffin tin to form cups.
- Mix cranberries with honey (or brown sugar) and herbs, optionally sautéing fresh cranberries in a skillet.
- Place a slice of brie in each cup and top with the cranberry mixture.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a glossy finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Work quickly with phyllo to prevent it from drying out. Overfilling may cause overflow during baking. Best served warm.
