Description

Delightful baked phyllo cups filled with creamy Brie and sweet-tart cranberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 1 cup Brie cheese, cut into small slices
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your phyllo sheets by unrolling them and keeping a damp towel over the unused sheets.
  3. Brush a muffin tin with melted butter and layer two sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with butter as you stack them. Cut them into squares and press into the muffin tin.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, chopped herbs, and honey. Adjust sweetness as preferred.
  5. Place a dollop of the cranberry mixture in each phyllo cup, followed by a slice of Brie on top.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Best enjoyed warm!

Notes

Avoid overfilling the cups to prevent tearing. Keep phyllo dough covered while working to prevent drying out.
