Ingredients

- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

- ½ cup feta or goat cheese (optional)
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Prepare the kale by removing tough stems and chopping the leaves.
- Massage the kale with olive oil and salt.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into pieces.
- Dice the apples, chop the nuts, and measure cranberries.
- Toss kale, apples, bacon, cranberries, and nuts in a large bowl with the dressing.
