  • 23 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tsp Fresh Thyme

  • 12 Eggs (beaten)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bread: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into cubes and arrange on a baking sheet. Toast for 10–12 minutes.
  2. Sauté the aromatics: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and celery, sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix in the fruits and herbs: Stir in apples and cranberries, thyme, and rosemary; cook for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Combine and season: In a large bowl, combine toasted bread cubes with sautéed mixture. Add broth gradually until moist; mix in eggs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake: Transfer to a greased baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes.
