- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (thyme or chives)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan with butter or cooking spray.
- Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet with butter until golden brown, adding garlic at the end.
- Cream butter and sugars together, then add eggs one at a time followed by milk.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Carefully fold in the sautéed mushrooms and fresh herbs.
- Pour batter into the bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
