Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet with butter until golden brown, adding garlic at the end.
  3. Cream butter and sugars together, then add eggs one at a time followed by milk.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Carefully fold in the sautéed mushrooms and fresh herbs.
