Instructions
- Chop your cooked turkey into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Core and dice your apples, tossing with a bit of lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Finely chop the celery for crunch.
- Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl and mix gently until well-coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Chill for at least 60 minutes before serving.
