Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and coffee grounds.
- Slowly add the dry mix to the creamed mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Scoop mounds of dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centers appear slightly soft.
- Allow to cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
