Description
A refreshing tropical dessert made with creamy coconut milk, chewy sago pearls, and ripe mango, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 cups full-fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
- Fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Rinse the sago pearls under cold water and boil in 3 cups of water for 10-15 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally.
- In a saucepan, whisk together coconut milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat until the sugar dissolves without boiling.
- Once the sago is cooked, drain and rinse with cold water, then add to the coconut milk mixture and let cool.
- Slice the mango and prepare for serving.
- Spoon the mixture into bowls, top with mango slices, and add a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled or warm. Garnish with shredded coconut or mint for added flair.
