- Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Mix in melted butter, eggs, and flour. Knead for 8 minutes, then let rise until doubled.
- Create the Filling: Mix softened butter, sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreos. Roll dough into a rectangle and spread filling evenly across the surface.
- Roll and Shape: Roll the dough tightly from one edge and slice into 1-2 inch portions. Place in a greased baking dish.
- Second Rise: Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes until fluffy.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Make the Frosting: Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and a splash of milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
